Hey Master P how do you keep your lightmap on permanently? because like i will type /r_lightmap 2 and it gets rid of the texture but when the new game starts it comes back all rainbow like so how do i prevent that from happening?

Lol. It's because you use 2. With 2 whenever you reconnect (at the start of a game for instance) then the map looks like your tripping on something. I always use 5 which is the highest. Not that it makes any difference really it's just the one I chose to bind.
Have you heard of /r_fastsky ? It works the same way but for the sky. Some people like it. I have it binded but I rarely use it.

The one I tried makes the sky turn white. At first I thought I would like it but it turned out to just confuse me so I use the regular sky. I have seen one that turns the sky black though.
